Hi!

I am posting my hack for cdrdao (current CVS) to enable DAO on the fly
burning until the author supports it natively. NOTE: This hack will be
NOT compatible with the final cdrdao version - but we can do testing
until a cdrdao version is available which has native fifo support.

I'll commit my changes to enable DAO on the fly soon
