I would prefer to release some "unstable" versions before the next stable 
version - so that we can find the remaining bugs. Some time before the stable 
release we should freeze all UI text. (for translators)

But we can consider to call the next "stable" version 1.0.0. Things we should 
have in 1.0.0 are :

- mature multisession support - not too much work left
- DAO burning - if possible support cdrdao too
- DND & dialogs finished

Features for later releases :

- on the fly burning
- mp3 burning 
- ElTorito boot images
- other useful stuff?

Yes, they are used - in AudioOptions and IsoOptions dialogs.
