[Kreatecd-devel] First Version Configuration Dialog

I've commited the first version of the configuration dialog.
What needs to be done:
- Connect signals and slots
- Convert ConfSCSI and ISOOptions
- Finish dialog layout
- Create icons

Please look at it, any suggestions are welcome.
