Which configuration dialogs do you want to write. There are two which I could 
imagine at the moment - but there might be a lot of things which could be 
configurable

- ISO 9660 mastering options (like Rock Ridge etc.)
- CD-R burner settings (speed and so on)

If there are some more configuration dialogs, it would be better to combine 
them in a configuration menu, similar to KDE Control Center or with tabs.

BTW, does anybody know whether higher recording speeds are supported in 
cdrecord? We would have to add them in the CD-R dialog then.
