This warning can be ignored here

This looks like an incompatible kde library. What package did you download? 
You probably tried to install an RPM. If you tried to install the Mandrake 
8.0 rpm on an unmodified Mandrake 8.0 box, the rpm is probably broken.

You can try do download the .src.rpm for Mandrake and give a 

rpm --rebuild <rpm-filename> 

and you should get a running rpm stored in the RPM directory. Or you could 
try to build kreatecd from the source tarball
