- make AudioOptionsDialog and IsoOptionsDialog - modal KDialogBase widgets
- make IsoWindow modal
- change TrackWindow for these modal widgets - closed signals no more needed
- remove ok buttons and geometry handling from ISOOptions and AudioOptions
- remember geometry in ISOWindow
- re-add cancel function in ISOWindow
- call superclass in mouse events of FileTree
- fix rounding error in getAbsolutDuration and getRealDuration in AudioFileInfo
- hopefully real fix this time (tm) for these wrong error messages in cuttet OTF
