I want to add a BUG-REPORTING file in the CVS.
The contents is like this:

We've tried our best to make this project as bug-free as possible, however
you may encounter bugs. Instead of living with them, you may help get rid of
them by reporting them to us.
You may submit your bug-reports at
http://sourceforge.net/bugs/?func=addbug&group_id=1801, and view them at
http://sourceforge.net/bugs/?group_id=1801.
On the first URL you will find a field in which you can enter data that will
be send to us. In the category you may pick in which area you think the bug
is. If you don't know exactly, you can leave this on None. Please select in
`Bug Group' the severity of the bug, and enter a short summary. In the
details field, please enter the following:
* Version of KreateCD (e.g. 0.4.1 or 0.9.0)
* Version of KDE (e.g. 2.0 or 2.1)
* What the bug is about
* How to reproduce it
* Your name -and
* Your email
The latter two are for us to contact you in case we need to get more
information.
