#6 missing files in distro tarball

1.2rc2 will not compile or install because many files are missing from the posted tarball:

arrow.xpm
kpsk.desktop
lo16-app-kpsk.png
lo32-app-kpsk.png
dxcc.db

I added them from the cvs tree and was able to continue.
