#72 SIlent gap in sound when playing audio CD

When Kplayer is playing an audio CD, each time the CD-ROM drive light flashes on to signify a disc access, there is a silent gap in the sound output.

(This does not happen with, e.g. KsCD.)

This is with version 0,7, under KDE 4.2.4 on Mandriva 2009.1.
