When I tried to use the plugin, I got this error : "could not load file or assembly 'System=web, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f711d50a3a' or one of its dependencies."

it looks like something missing in DOTNET components, but I've installed everything which windows upgrade asked, should I put more DOTNET runtime lib or something? thanks.

installed full DOTNET 4 package from MS and solve the problem.
