3.x not syncing properly (Windows)

After upgrading I noticed it doesn't actually update the copy on Drive. It doesn't throw me any exceptions, nor does anything seem out of the ordinary, apart from the fact that it doesn't upload properly obviously. Downloading the copy on Drive does seem to work, which accidentally killed some of my recent credentials.

Rolling back to 2.1.2 fixed the issue.
