Have you considered creating a Chocolatey package for your plugin? It will amke it easier for users to install and keep up to date?

If this is not some thing you want to do, do you authorize someone else to do it?

many of the other Keepass plugins are using Chocolately to keep the plugin up to date. https://chocolatey.org/packages?q=keepass You have an awesome plug in. Please help your users keep it current.
