Has anyone gotten v3 of the plugin working with Linux?

On my Fedora 25 machine, I get "The plugin cannot be loaded. A newer .NET Framework is required."

v2 doesn't work any more either, because I get this error message: https://sourceforge.net/p/kp-googlesync/discussion/general/thread/19cca399/?limit=25&page=2#be4e (on Keepass 2.34).
