Plug-in not being recognised so no [Tools > Google Sync Plugin > Configuration] options

No plug-ins are shown in [Tools > Plug-ins]

I have "unblocked" the "GoogleSyncPlugin.plgx" file, tried opening KeePass as Administrator, all to no avail.

did you place the plugin inside the plugins folder in the keepass directory? Then reopen it, it should show then
