Google changed it's page, now installation instructions are useless

There is no longer any client secret or account UUID shown anywhere at the https://code.google.com/apis/console, no "big blue box" or right click menus anywhere.

Can someone update the instructions, please.

Ok, switched back to "old console" and now it's much better. Although the instructions are little different if you already have created a project.
