[Kosmosfs-users] KFS release 0.2.1

Folks,

I have pushed out a new release KFS-0.2.1.  This has some minor fixes
from 0.2.0/support for Mac OSX.  Also, since some of you were having
trouble compiling the source (due to the Tcmalloc dependency), I have
fixed that as well.

Let me know if you run into issues.
