#56 CobolParser / ParsingCoordinator changes

Please change CobolParser.parse to public and change parameter reader to Reader (from FileReader)

and add the following method to ParsingCoordinator

public ParseResults parse(File file,  Reader reader) throws IOException {
    CobolParser parser = new CobolParser();

    parser.setFormat(format);
    parser.setKeepingTrackOfTokens(keepingTrackOfTokens);

    parser.setPreprocessing(preprocessing);
    parser.setCopybooks(copybooks);

    parser.setBuildTrees(buildTrees);
    ParseResults results = parser.parse(file, reader);

    return results;
}

This way I can use Koopa Parser in my Eclipse Cobol Editor plugin with a DocumentReader as an input.
