For one, the foreign bank transfer charges are most likely to eat up the donation in the first place ;) And secondly, who deserves the money? I'd go for a solution like: "I'll offer US$ 20 to the developer who implements $feature for me." and see, who takes on the challenge :) What do you think? Btw.: I wouldn't implement anything for money (unless it's a huge amount ;)) but maybe one of the other developers wants to.
