#26 Obscure New Project dialog

The "New Project" dialog has a label named "Location" which is actually a file name. There is an unnecessary field "Filter".
It looks like the user is prompted for a directory, but actually it is file name.
In most IDEs a project is usually contained in a separate folder. It would be nice to ask for both folder name and file name.
