Docs for grynn-in/konsol#134. Merge after it, so the docs never describe undeployed code.

• approve_adjustment is the workflow's Approve, which is the submit. The docs cover the workflow diagram with docstatus per state, the errors, and that a direct submit or a draft save of Approved is refused.
• reverse_adjustment is the workflow's Reverse, which is the cancel, and it is refused in a closed period. It no longer creates a mirror adjustment, so the response drops reversal. The docs cover corrections after close (post a new adjustment) and amend while the period is open.

Error texts are from Frappe v15 apply_workflow and the live walk on [#134].
