#150 docs: the three instructions that tell users to recreate a deleted seed

Follow-up to [#147], which merged with these still in it. Found by a peer review pass; the full inventory of ~20 stale files is [#149]. Only the three inside [#147]'s blast radius are here.

Two of them do real harm — documentation pointing at the repair that recreates the bug:

• docs/troubleshooting/faq.md told users to edit seeds/consolidation_groups.csv and run dbt seed. That file was deleted in 934d264 precisely because it was the same ClickHouse relation konsol writes, and [#146] measured what editing it did: one dbt seed reverted a published ownership change, deleted a consolidation group outright, and put two entities under two groups at once. A user following the FAQ recreates the file and the collision.
• docs/user-guide/consolidation-guide.md told users to edit seeds/cash_flow_categories.csv. Deleted in 9cd5126, and Cash Flow Category is a governed doctype with a Publish gate — so the instruction routed a user around the governance F3 built.

The third is the front door: README.md still ran dbt seed in the quickstart and had no migrate step. Since [#146] this project has no seeds at all, so a reader following it against a fresh ClickHouse gets empty reference tables and models building against nothing, with no seed to fall back on and no error explaining why. The command is corrected and the migrate-first prerequisite stated beside it.
