Two small follow-ups left open by recently-merged PRs.

[#99] — remove dead epm_staging.budget_input

After the budget unify (#99/#94), gold_scenario_trial_balance reads budget_monthly_input; budget_input is no longer read by any model. This removes the now-dead artifacts:

• source declaration in dbt_project/models/staging/_staging__sources.yml
• CREATE TABLE epm_staging.budget_input in clickhouse/init-db.sql
• its entry in tests/integration/test_clickhouse_staging.py EXPECTED_STAGING_TABLES (would otherwise assert a table we no longer create)

Verified: no remaining source('epm_staging', 'budget_input') reference in any model.

[#50] — document cash_flow seed as generated

seeds/cash_flow_categories.csv is regenerated from Published Cash Flow Category docs by konsol.dbt_config (on publish + after bench migrate). The data-dictionary now says so: edit the doctype, not the CSV.
