K3b compiled from 13/08/2006 svn (extragear)
K3b include files are in /opt/kde3/include
k3b works ok.

Same error on konqburn from svn (trunk)
and konqburn-1.0.tar.gz

K3b SVN trunk is not supported, should work if you use
either a 0.12.x source tarball or the SVN "stable" branch
from /branches/stable/extragear/multimedia/k3b/
