#714 selected multiple table cells background color not saved

Overview:
When selected several table cells and setting a background color the color using the Table Cell Properties window. The color is not applied to the table cells.

Version: 0.8b3 (downloaded 3/9/12)
OS: Win 7

Instructions:
Step 1, create a new html document
Step 2, add a table with more than 1 table cell
Step 3, select multiple cells in one row (i dragged the mouse cursor over them)
Also tried selecting multiple rows and column cells, same result.
Step 4, right-click on the selection, then select "Table Cell Properties"
(table properties popup opens)
Step 5, check mark the Background Color option
Step 6, click the color select button
(opens the color select popup)
Step 7, pick a color, then click OK
(returns to the table properties popup)
Step 8, click the Apply or the OK

Expected Result
The expected result is the color to be added to the table cell.

Actual Result
The actual result is the color is not added to the cells. Nothing appears to happen.

Other Info:
If you select one cell with then step 4 - 8 the color is applied correctly.

I have same issue using "properties" When I skip step 4 and just highlight the cells and change the color, it works for me. I use WinXP and Win10
