Thanks for the report. Fixed in [r3949]. As a workaround user who want version=3.37 can use version=3.36 or version=3.38. All three are currently the same compatibility level.

Just a note: The correct milestone for bugs in v3.37 is not the already closed milestone KOMA-Script 3.37. The default milestone is always the next KOMA-Script release, because it is usually the next milestone, that will be reached by a release. The correct milestone can also be the next LaTeX release, but only for issue, that depend on an upcoming LaTeX release. And it can be one of the long-term milestones.
