The local chat window should display any response sent by the bot. Currently only incoming messages are displayed making some troubleshooting harder.

    It does now, but it is back to dup'ing some messages it sends. They aren't duplicated to chat, just locally. Still, annoying. Making priority lower since this isn't as huge a problem.
