#2 summary page totals for users missing

At bottom of the summary.php page, there's a list of a
owes b x for all pairs of users. These are right for
some people, wrong for others. Seems to work okay for
only 3 users, but doesn't work for more than that.

It's nice to have a summary of the totals, but it can
get long for large numbers of users (n-1)*n/2 items for
n users...

well, technically this bug doesn't exist since the totals
were removed... but we do have to add something similar back in.
