Add a sound/hearing description to mobs/rooms that
can be 'heard' even in dark rooms tho not in silenced
rooms.

    Current Room class does include sound and smell description
    fields. The output format for rooms will probably be
    something along the lines of:
    Room Title stuff

    Room description
    Room Sounds
    Room Smells

    Also on the planning list for this topic is the Mud Sound
    Protocol support that will allow supporting clients to play
    sounds and music on the players speakers. Most of this
    stuff is in the details level of code too, which I'm still
    not down to yet. Still working on the overall code and
    getting framework pieces put together.
