#1 Cannot handle duplicate entries

If I disable some packages and later on a Delphi update adds these packages again, they will now be listed under enabled and disabled packages at the same time. Enabling or disabling such a package will create duplicates in the list. I haven't tried what happens when writing these changes to the registry yet.
