#67 Bank Account Reconciliation does not work correctly

When Reconciling bank accounts, once I marked a transaction as "cleared" in the reconciliation process, it would adjust the "difference" amount. Once I correctly marked any uncleared transactions as "cleared" (if for some reson they were manually entered and/or not downloaded from my online banking provider), the difference would go to 0.00, and I can complete the reconciliation process. Now, marking transactions as "cleared" does not adjust the difference amount, so I can never get to a difference balance of zero.

Only marking the transaction as reconciled adjusts the difference, but this is not correct, because transactions sould only move to reconciled once the recnciliation process is complete.

I am using version 4.6.1
