#61 Miscaculates value of CD's held in brokerage accounts.

Program does not properly handle value of Certificates of Deposits held in brokerage accounts. In the home screen or other areas it shows the value of a $10,000 CD as haveing a value of $100, though when looking at the asset in the ledger it does seem to reflect the value in the total at the bottom of the screen.
