No

I tried downloading a bunch of episodes of the same show to bring along on a trip, and I ended up having only a few of the files.
The episodes are repeats and run multiple times a day and do not have episode titles, so the program inserts the recording date instead, but when another episode from the same date is downloaded, the previously saved file is overwritten.
So I'm requesting a checkbox or setting that will add some kind of marker at the end of the file name if a file with that name already exists, e.g. "Show X (02_10_2014)_001.mpg" or similar. Another option would be to add the episode number which seems to exist for this show and even displays in the Now Playing list in Tivo To Go, but is not saved to the file name.

The solution is to set the File Naming to include more unique characteristics. (kmttg config-File Settings-File Naming setting). There are keywords there for season and episode numbers and recording time down to nearest minute for example.
Consult the File Naming Wiki page for more details:
    https://sourceforge.net/p/kmttg/wiki/File_Naming/

There's a lot of settings, so it's easy to miss the obvious ones sometimes.
