Invalid KML file when csv file is in UTF8

If the csv is a UTF8 file then the coordinates of the first placemark in the generated KML file start with 3 invisible, special characters (see attachement)
When loading this file in a google maps the place is then either not displayed or in a wrong position.
Try 2.1.1 released, Go to the configuration dialog, set the character encoding to iso-8859-1
