[Kmess-devel] Contact is online but blocking you

Hi!

I remember that KMess had the function, that if you try to start a chat with 
an offline contact, it opened a chatwindow, and said either "The Contact is 
Offline" or "The Contact is Online but blocking you". I am wondering if that 
function was removed, because I can not start a chat with an offline Contact 
anymore??
