The maven support has forced splitting into separate modules for the host
web module vs the application web module.
This is a good idea in practice as the this is effectively how things apply
at runtime.
Should update sample to this effect, creating extra web projects where
necessary.

Fixed with [r5116]. All samples as well as generated starer application have been
updated to use this mechanism.
