Both of these should have names which are more descriptive in terms of how
they interact with the service registry.
ContributionProxyFactoryBean should be renamed to NamedServiceProxyFactoryBean
ModuleContributionPostProcessor should be renamed to
NamedServiceAutoExportPostProcessor

With [r4024], also renamed ContributionEndpoint to ServiceEndpoint. Also renamed
related classes. Changes not backward-incompatible.
