#994 deb package or ppa for Ubuntu/linux

It would be very nice to have a deb package for Ubuntu/Debian. Or still more interesting if Kiwix would be on the officials Ubuntu/debian repositiries...

Yes, we had this during a short time, but the abandon of xulrunner made the packaged not maintainable. We will do like following:

• The kiwix-desktop will be totally rewritten (and then we will have a look to the package).
• We want to package ASAP the kiwix-serve (part of the kiwix-tools repository) and the corresponding ticket is here https://github.com/kiwix/kiwix-tools/issues/10
