You don't understand. Your answer means we would be have to remove this line from Wikipedia Offline HomePage, since this line was intended to tell the user, the Update Date of the Kiwix Snapshot he is using.
Do you have another idea/code to replace the current line, so that it will be compatible with Kiwix?

I don't get the problem. If this is about the fact that the last modification indicates August 2016, then again this is a feature, not a bug.

No, it should not, this is the date of the last revision of the page (not the date of the dump). 06/08/2015 is correct.

OK, I think I understand better now. You are talking about the first line of the page, not the last one. Maye mwoffliner should not cache it.
