#103 ZIM index location

It would be nice when loading a ZIM file if we could choose to either generate the index or load it from a specific location
(in case it was already generated) or being able to select another Kiwix data folder location(www,kiwix.org\Kiwix).
I think that actually the index location cannot be changed.

ZIM indexes are now in the ZIM files themselves
