First release!

Hello!

I've just released this projects' first archive! :-)
It's aimed at win32 systems but could easily be
used to compile on another platform (that can
compile windows programs). I'll release a 'tar.gz'
archive for *nix systems anyway. There will be a binary release to come soon.
