When draggin a file to a cell containing a program,
it should be highlighted, see also bug 862584.
Advanced mode: As sonn as a programs .desktop
contains mime-type for which this program is useful,
the cell is only activated when the type of the
dragged file does match the mime-pattern of the
desktop file.
If not, the cell shouldn't be highlighted, and when
the user drops though, there could appear an alert
like 'This program cannot handle files of type
$MIMETYPE'.
OK, very advanced setting for version 3.0 ;-) .

When the app the file is dropped to doesn't handle the mimetype,
there should be a messagebox which asks the user whether he
wants to try to open it anyway.
