#27 Moving elements with Ctrl-key pressed

Moving elements with Ctrl-key pressed shows a plus
symbol which normally indicates a duplication of an
element.

But the element is not duplicated at all.

Two possibilities:

* Element should be duplicated
or
* Strg is ignored and no symbol like plus is shown
