I'm not sure whether= =20 you can make a button for it though, but it will have a shortcut. > 2=C2=BA When I use winedt it was possible to correct=20 > words with a spanish dictionary. It would be very dificult to specify kile > to correct words with a dictionary? Kile can interact with KDE's dictionary (Aspell, Ispell), this can work bad= =20 (at least it does on my machine) if you are using unicode and not a local=20 latin-x flavour. Unicode is default for RedHat! Anyway, if you code your file in ASCII/Latin-1, you may launch a dictionary= =20 with Edit->Spelling > Finally I want to make a comment about a French user (See messages in the > list) I had the same problem as him. The solution is put the font enconding ISO 8859-1 > but I don't know how to indicate to the program to charge it at the > beginning. The problem is that RedHat uses utf-8 natively, so your documents will be=20 utf-8 by default. You can either select Latin-1 with View->Set Encoding=20 (which will might break any existing accents you have in the document), or = go=20 the other way around and use the ucs package (see the Encoding chapter of t= he=20 documentation of kile 1.6.1 for details), which is what I prefer. As a last resort, write Hola fen\'omenos which will compile anywhere.
