[Kile-devel] New i18n coordination

Hi everybody,

I've been a little bit long, sorry about that. But here I am.

I've uploaded a new page dedicated to people who are involved (or want 
to be) in Kile's translation. I consider it as definitive but could you 
take a look at it and warn me about any mistake/things which are not 
clear/etc.?

If you are involved in a translation, could you check that it is in the 
table in the middle of the page and warn me that this translation is 
currently maintained? Thanks.
