The relevant output:

INFO - Processing section 0

ERROR - Cannot find '../include/Masters.bib'!

'../include/Masters.bib' does indeed exist (as is evident by "ls  
../include/Masters.bib" from the Konsole tab)

On the whole livepreview is great!
  If this is the relevant place (if not direct me please), a few notes are:
i) It would be very helpful to be able to set the duration, or number of  
edits or something to this effect before a preview is generated.
ii) When working with \input'ed files which is what I do for all my TiKz  
graphs, it would be great if live preview was super clever enough to bring  
in the environment of the original document without nesc. having to make a  
project for it all...
