#2 kiax segafults on x86_64

The current version 0.8.4 segfaults on x86_64.
Reason: the va_* macros behave on x86_64 strangely
when there are two nested v* methods. It seems that a
workaround shown by Sergey Kostyliov fixes this (more info:
http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=8499\). The submitted
diff of iaxwrapper.cpp solves the problem. This will be
updated in the next version of kiax 0.8.5.
