#4 arbitrary command when a call comes in

It would be way stellar if a person could run like
"xmms -s" (or whatever it is to stop it). It would be
awesome for folks like myself who don't have
full-duplex soundcards.

Kiax rocks and I use it for outgoing, but I haven't
setup incoming calls because I'm too often listening to
tunes.

Well just for fun I put std::system("xmms -s"); in
iaxwrapper.cpp in startRing()

Works good enough. When I do it I don't hear the ringing,
but xmms does indeed stop so I know that a call came in. I
think I might try usleeping the thread for just a sec to see
if that will free up dsp in enough time.
