Next time you release khmerconverter, please use svn export to generate the tarball, so there is no unneeded .svn directory in the modules folder.

    It would be nice if this were fixed in the next release. I'd suggest that you use python's setuputils so that you can easily create a reproducible .tar.gz instead of whatever you use now.
