#4 Cursor movement in vim

Cursor movement in vim is somewhat odd. It can take mulitple key presses on h,j,k,l (left, down, up, right) to get one response. Sometimes moving right will cause the cursor to move down and right. On some lines, you can't move past column 1 without first moving up or down.
