I just added some more scenery and noticed it wasn't showing in kfreeflight. I was wondering if there was any way to get a 'reload' the airports? I do see you can add airports manually, but would be a lot of work for half the world. I'm using fightgear 0.9.10-pre2 and kfreeflight 0.3.1 by the way. If you need to know anything else I would be happy to provide it(if i can).
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
The airport list (in the main window - airport tab) is just for airports that you use frequently, not for the entire word.
But you can enter an airport ID which is not present in the list. KFreeFlight launch FlightGear with the option airport=<what you put in the airport ID widget>.
later (more later because i'm working on 3D rendering aircraft image) i will adding a button on the airport search window which add selected airport in the list. but not the entire airport list. in that case the airport.dat file will be too long (>5Mo).
sincerely
Didier
